Can you also extend this to explain the phenomena where if the line drawn along MACD crossover points is in a direction opposite to the price points direction on the same dates, then the price is supposed to move in the direction suggested by the line drawn on MACD crossover points?

That is divergence. From what I have seen, u will notice it in a rangebound market where there is subtle shift in sentiment. Also when there is an exhaustion rally i.e. price hits a top, cools off and then makes a last gasp effort to go up but without volume, the other indicators will show a divergence.

Macd cross-over in conjugation with 50 ema crossover and Williams percentile decreases the false signal and increases the trade's probability. Excellent video ,thanks for sharing for people who don't know about this!

Nice way to teach the concept. Macd line is decreasing (positively, returning to zero) but in nyka analogy you are explaining 180 degree back. On nyka graph you are showing macd line going away from zero

Does anyone think copy trading is still a thing? i know it made a lot of easy millionaires when it was a trend some years back. when it was made especially popular by the concept of social trading in etoro. got me wondering if this method still works? my portfolio is drifting terribly far from safe waters lately. really looking for a lifeline.

What matters is not really the tech behind it but how you use it. 90% of all trades made by hedge funds and investment firms are traded algorithmically. it's just a tool or concept for high frequency trading on a lot of accounts concurrently

@Animal Planets Tried it and i do have my regrets. sure, it has nice traders but i got burned a number of times due to their lack of consistency. it's more like a hub for one hit wonders. if you get lucky, you go green when you subscribe to a hot trader and then you lose all your profits the next week. the aim just got defeated for me

Sis, Swing trade is not like targeting trade exit between 2 to 10 days. A swing is actually price of an asset recorded for a period, which has a high and low (swing high/ swing low). When the next price recorded either near swing high or low, we take trade (it can be breakout or it can be support trade) and keep stoploss of the existing swing.

@@rajavaradharaj6646 penalty charges come only when someone gives you a short settlement, and you unknowingly sold on btst. Also T2T category should not be done in btst. Otherwise no issues. Mostly shares trade in futures segment are safe for btst

Wow detailed information on Mack usage

mam i watched your previous video on IEX but I would like to ask some questions. 1. As the discoms in our country are facing huge loss and Gencos are not getting money from discoms, so IEX as an aggregator of both power buyers and power sellers how long it could benefit from such model. 2. For IEX on one side its the Gencos which are big players like adani, ambani, tata could start their own exchange will that be affecting IEX monopoly and on other hand discoms which are state govt which could affect the company revenue with some regulation as power is very highly regulated industry. If that the case IEX will be like wiped out Mam I am new to investing and after watching your video I done a small research on iex and these some questions arised on my mind. I am expecting a reply from you. Please take my questions to your consideration
