    Hello! very good your videos and information, I have a question, in case I want to use the second option, apart from the cost of using the chatGPT Api, I must also pay the use of VoiceFLow and also the virtual machine? What would be the difference between just creating it with Voiceflow and adding the chatGPT api? Thank you very much for all the info!

    Interesting! But not clear why you need replit in the first place for the backend - seems like you have all the features you mentioned natively within Voiceflow like chatting with a knowledgebase, no? Or can one not run an Open AI assistant / custom GPT in VF?

    I think it's because voice flow will charge you extra/gpt 4o call, if you are just paying for it yourself it'll be alot cheaper

    For a 24/7 chatbot you need a replit core account and you need to deploy the code as vm webserver * hope this information helps somebody*

    Thanks but I have tried it and doesn't read the knowledgebase docs I provide. The chatbot just makes it all up. I've tried CVS, TXT, XLSX, DOCX... doesn't seem to use them at all as part of it's knowledge base to answer in the chat, it's like it just uses the custom instructions and then acts as ChatGPT and invents everything else

    @@bo-sar I just had to delete the assistant.json every time the knowledge base and the prompt was updated so the vector store is updated as well

    Can you do a tutorial on how to output images via the assistant? 4o has the ability to create charts, graphs and excel files now. It would be great to see how these gets displayed via Voiceflow or something similar as a frontend.

    You can, but with custom code, you have more control over the functionality of the chatbot. Also, you need to check their pricing and the included AI tokens, then compare it to the direct use.

    Yes, it seems to be cheaper though. You can always build the front end yourself and avoid paying for Voiceflow. Then only the servers and AI tokens.
