Hi thanks for reaching out. Kindly check 2:17 of the video. You need to generate the Live Secret Key under Live API Keys on the Flutterwave Dashboard. Once you have done that, you need to disable Test Mode before you can go live. Let me know if this helps

Not sure I get your question. But all Shopify transactions are paid through Shopify to your Bank Account. If customers pay you through Flutterwave on Shopify, then payouts will be through Flutterwave to your Bank. Hope this helps? If not, please clarify be sure to like and subscribe for more :)

Kindly check Live API Keys under API keys in your Flutterwave Dashboard. The Live Secret Key needs to be generated though. You can send me a screenshot too, to check for you. email is flynndarko@gmail.com

does the customer making payment needs to have a flutterwave account?

No. Customer making payment does not need flutterwave account. They just pay with their debit card or mobile money. Hope this helps

You will find your secret key (for both live and public keys ) under Settings > API keys. On your Flutterwave account dashboard. Hope this helps
