Doc you should also insulate that ceiling in your pump house, if you haven’t already. That’ll make a difference out there for sure!

I found a lot of good information in your video, thanks...question, what do you think will be the beat way to insulate my water softener in my garage? My pipes are frozen and I think it's starting from my water softener. I let the water drip in my kitchen (near exterior wall) and the cold water is running but not the hot water. I have two interior bathrooms and both are frozen up no water is flowing through the pipes. I didn't think to let the water drip in the bathrooms because they're interior rooms. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated...thanks.😊

With our new house, we have freeze less sillcocks Where the water cut off is actually inside the house.

The wood trim around the shower should probably be fine with proper painting and caulking. But PVC trim may be worth the extra cost.

It wasn't cost... just had the wood here for trim so used it.

I am curious as to how you are going to do the window trim for the corner window by your kitchen chandelier. Looks like you have less than an inch of space between the window and the corner.

You are wrong about those shut offs on outside faucets. It is the older houses that have the shut offs. I am in my 2nd house that was built in the last 20 years and neither have any shut offs.
