You are welcome. If you have the issue you described earlier still, you simply need to install Microsoft App Installer in your device. You can download it from W.U.T and it will automatically un-zip & install it: w10mgroup.github.io/?sid=uBgnVaCB When W.U.T can't install some downloaded packages due to an error (Dependency missing, Sign error, etc..), it will re-direct the package to Microsoft App Installer for installation. If Microsoft App Installer isn't installed, then instead it will be opened in Default Installer which is of no use for that purpose.

Yes, download the ARM version from the video description. (HP Elite supports all the way to 1709 out of box so use regular version, not the 14393 one unless you are running 14393 (1607) for whatever reason)

Installed the ARM 14393 'package' because I've a Lumia 430 running 1607. Installed all the dependencies, then certification, then the app itself. It's been well over a minute but nothing is showing up.

Never mind. It just showed up after around 5 minutes or so. I guess I shouldn't expect much from an ancient dual-core smartphone!

Does this only work on Lumia or all windows phones? Your response will be highly appreciated 🙏

Hi! The application is not model dependent, only OS build. It works with every Windows Phone as long you have the Minimum OS version required (Which is 1607: Anniversary update: 10.0.14393).

Microsoft App installer is the application handling Store app packages (APPX/Msix) in Windows 10 & 11 Devices. It comes pre-loaded in any device unless you are using some modded Windows installation.

I'ts closing when installing repos on my Lumia 625. Is there any fix?

I unlocked my phone using your x50 tutorial and then I installed WUT. For example I downloaded TinyVNC. It downloaded it to my downloads folder. So I click on TinyVNC to install and I click install and it won't install. So I copy TinyVNC to my pc and install using WPV XAP Deployer and it installs. Can you tell me why it isn't installing from the phone?

@@w10mgroup Thankyou I followed this guide and now I am able to install XAPs without using a PC. I needed to install the CMD Injector and I did the registry hack so that WUT does all the installing now. So much better. Thanks.

What is the difference between this WUT 14393 and WUT ARM?

Main difference: W.U.T 14393 works in Anniversary update builds: 10.0.14393.XXX while the normal release does not since 1.4.X Minimal differences: There are several other changes but none affects the functionalities of the app.

Problem with your current set-up in the phone. Hard reset the phone from settings --> System --> About.

Hi! If you wish to stay in your current OS version (1607), then you will need to use the 14393 version of the W.U.T: github.com/basharast/wut/releases/download/1.4.30/WUT.1.4.30_ARM.14393.7z (P.S: The video is a bit old as it was recorded before W.U.T made different arch releases) But you can also update to 1703/1709 and use the regular release for ARM as well. (1520 do work really well in 1703/1709 despite locked to 1607 by default)

@@w10mgroup I first downloaded the link on my computer, then unzipped the file, and copied that unzipped file to my Nokia Lumia 1520 phone. when you unzip the downloaded file (on Nokia Lumia 1520), it has a yellow icon with the writing of the file under it, when you click on that file, you have sub files (all with yellow icons next to the writing of the file), when I click on dependencies, it opens another set of sub files with white icons and the name of that file (which I press to install), when I press to install, it just takes me back to the white icon with writing next to it, and nothing happens (hence it does not install), but the certificate file does work. what can I do? I appreciate the time you are giving me!

The default installer; Enterprise installer does not have a progress bar, it works in background. Which is why after the install prompt, you will be back to File explorer but it will install in background. (If the install fails, unfortunately there will be no error messages as well) Now, the dependencies has to be installed for an app to work (Unless they are already installed in the phone), and those will not show in app list even if they are installed, it's normal for dependencies. After installing each dependency, you need to click and install the main APPX package (W.U.T_1.4.31), it will take a little time to install so you will need to wait. You can make this much easier if you use Microsoft app installer instead of the default Enterprise installer, as it's 100% better. in version 1607 of Windows 10 mobile it does not let me install and gives me error 0x80073CFD ... help

W.U.T no longer supports 1607 starting with 1.4 release. If you want W.U.T in 1607, then you have to either use an old 1.3 version or W.U.T Lite from Microsoft store. Otherwise, update the phone. (UPDATE: W.U.T now has a separate release for 1607 along with the main release)

Hi! No, Windows Universal Tool only support Redstone builds & up. Update the device at least to an Anniversary build (10.0.14393.XXXX) to use Windows Universal Tool (W.U.T)

The certificate of the latest W.U.T version (1.4.22) expires at 01/01/2040 so it's not possible to expire now :) Re-check which version you downloaded.

No Whatsapp. For KZread, you can use Mytube (With Custom API) For Instagram, you can use Wingotag from Microsoft store. Nonetheless, Windows Phone is not the best now if you rely on social media much.
