Nope.But after installing the windows in laptop and formating the pendrive again you can use it.But it will not be bootable pendrive anymore

No, you can use like a normal pendrive you can keep photos files documents etc don't think if we keep files it will not be a bootable pendrive it is a bootable. I also saving files on bootable pendrive
