Man thank you a ton. I switched to VMware from virtualbox because I was having problems with the VM drivers so you can imagine my frustration.

virtualbox has a internet issue it warns you about the internet issue (wireless internet if you have ethernet your probally fine)

Thanks a lot brother this is still relevant for vmware workstation player 17.5 as of 2024 I needed to full screen the vmware and after installing it just did it. Never knew floppy can be an issue.
