Why there are 2 versions of the bassinet with the same name? This is so confusing. EU version has side open while US one is not. I watched many youtube reviews which most of them are EU version. Then ordered one in the US expecting the side to open. Now I have to return the order which I cannot cancel. Yes partially it's my fault not checking in detail. But how many people would think there are multiple versions of the product with the exact same name??? Especially while most of the features are the same?

I made the same error of believing I was ordering the bassinet with a side that lowers because that's what I saw online with the same name. I even bought sheets from EU. Yikes.

How can we get the mattress where do we get the mattress from ?

How wide is this crib? There are no measurements available on this video or on the website

Hi, we have a maxi Cosi Iora and we would like to use it for our second child but I cannot find a replacement mattress which I would like as the Government guidelines say I should do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
