I just purchased a 43" The Frame TV and subsequently added a modern brown bezel. It fits like a glove -- all the pieces snap securely into place -- but the moment I add the bottom piece of the bezel, the screen brightness dims. If I take it off, brightness returns to normal. Upon closer inspection, the bottom piece is definitely fully seated, but its thickness is just enough to partially obscure the light sensor in the bottom right. Really disappointing. Have you had the opportunity to see if this occurs on any of the units that you have installed? You would have to have the auto brightness feature turned on at the time of bezel installation to see it.

Hi, never experienced that, and i have mounted a lot of them. Sounds like its something wrong with your tv. I would have contacted Samsung for this.

Hi..I purchased the Frame 43 LS03B 2022 model. The installation guy has left quite a lot of fingerprint/smudges. He told me to use a lens cleaning cloth or a plush microfiber and gentle rub it over and in 2-3 attempts they should go off. But they didn't. I tried with a paper towel too as you demonstrated but that didn't help either. Samsung website says to follow the following steps ro clean the Frame 2022 and Serif 2022 ' s anti reflective display: 1.Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord. 2.Lightly dampen a microfiber cleaning cloth with a few drops of water and gently wipe the stain. Important: Do not wet the sponge before wiping the TV. Only lightly dampen the stain using the microfiber cloth as described in step 2. Do not use any cleaning solutions. 3.Gently clean the stain with the melamine foam sponge before the water dries up. Would you suggest using the above method, as in Microfiber damped with distilled water + Magic Eraser (melamine foam sponge) ?

Hi. Finger marks are a nightmare on these screens. Im very careful so I never leave behind any fingermarks. Because I never leave a mark I dont have much experience with removing them unfortunately. A celaning cloth or a paper towel will not help. I have never tried what the Samsung website says, so i cant confirm it will work..

Can these frame work on LS03D model which is 2024 model.

The top right corner has a noticeable black seam or gap in it. From the video. I hear you say that we don't need the black plugs, but if we do use the black plugs does it minimize the gap a little bit more?

Hi, the back of the tv is flushed with the wall, but the frame it self has a small gap. the screws make no difference, the reason why I never use them is because of very bad quality, the head on the screws get broken very easily.

hmm... trying this method, but seems as though our TV is installed too closely to the wall. The frame pieces are sticking out past the actual TV and not connecting the magnetic pieces. Have you run into this ? Any troubleshooting tips?

Hi. Sounds like you have the wrong frames. The Frame was thicker until 2020. The 21 and 22 model har a thinner frame. 21 and 22 is around 2,5 cm thick, 20 model and earlier was around 4,5 cm thick.

I think I just realised the same thing...they're for the older thicker model..... I'm the oder thicker model too.

Hi. Mine yes, but ive seen many who dosent work. If the right bottom of the tv is has something placed nearby or its within 50 cm to a side wall it often do not work properly. The best way to fix it is to turn the night mode off.

Is the 2022 frame can also being used on 2023 version of frame TV?

Hi. Yes. 2021,2022 and 2023 have the exact same frame.

Hi. They are small plugs, they are very hard to get on the frame correct and even worse to get them off. Many has broken the bezel trying, the bezel is magnetic so you dont need to use them.
