This video shows opposite from manual for position of adjustable base. I called diono customer service to verify that over 25 pounds forward position that base is to be pulled down. The video shows opposite!

The slot the top tether strap goes through (in the buckle) is so skinny that mine is twisted and I can’t get it undone. What should I do

Wondering why the angle adjuster can’t be used with infant. Regarding infant… is it about 4 months old?

2:33 That buckle....it's killing me. My seat is tethered in and I want to remove it, but I don't know how to increase the slack using that buckle. There are no buttons on it to allow the belt to feed through, like there is on the newer models. Do you happen to know how to do it?

Hey Holder, are you referring to the top tether? You may have to tilt the seat a little bit then pull so that it loosens. Here's another how to video for reference! kzread.info/dash/bejne/q2l5tZaCn6yTXbg.html

At 1:55 - I found the "lowering of the adjustable bottom" to be confusing. Is it lowering up into the carseat or lowering down to the car?

The way I word it in my head is expand thr adjustable bottom or put away the adjustable bottom.

Why not use both seat belt and the other buckle system together?

Because the car seat was either tested with both and failed, or they only tested with one method so we don't know how it would perform in a crash using both.

This is the cuttiest carseat i know.

The video is absolutely horrible obviously if you're watching it we're trying to get instructions on how to install the carseat but you're flying through so fast that is his like a review of the car seat more so than an actual instruction manual on how to do it. As if it weren't fast enough already you then speed it up around the 4:20 mark without actually showing how to do any of the stuff that you're doing. I wish I could give this 10 thumbs down
