Nice video - but 1 major safety problem with your instructions -- at 6:53 in the video, you show the rear tether going OVER the headrest to the back of the rear tether anchor point. This is dangerous as in an accident, that rear tether belt can slip off the headrest or dislodge it. Car manufacturers & Clek suggest that you route the rear tether belt UNDERNEATH the headrest towards its anchor. Or even better, remove that rear head rest where the car seat is positioned entirely (and store in your home, so it doesn't get thrown around like a missile in a crash).

Thanks for this point. I just checked the manual in my Subaru Outback and they do suggest to remove the headrest entirely while using the rear tether.

Thanks! Had a hell of a time trying to figure out the instructions for rear-facing latch but your video made it easy.

I think the tether back should be underneath the head rest.

Important to say this is for a US clek car seat installation only. Canada requires the anti rebound bar when rear facing and the tether when forward facing!

Can't tell you how many times I installed this thing with both the top tethers used... And I wondered why it was a pain to get to tighten properly

Hi there, thanks for making this video. Question: Wonder if your vehicle is a Subaru Forrester (2016)?

Dude the shoulder belts are all twisted and you can’t put the top tether over a head rest! That’s really dangerous! This is a terrible video because people will watch this and install their seats incorrectly.

@@andymcmeekin2532 Still doesn’t make it right that a poorly instructed video is showing you how to, defeats the purpose. Even if she says to read the manual, many don’t (heck the majority watching this… didn’t and won’t) so no need to try and make it right dude.

Anyone install this in a 911? How’d it fit? Did you suggest any other car seats?

Please take this off! Your forward facing instructions... The latch belt was twisted, top tether should NEVER be over the head cushion. This is very unsafe and bad information!!!

Not remotely installed tight enough. A person of that size pushing on it should not cause it to move AT All. This is concerning. Please tighten it more

It could be better if you didn't cut the video just stream from start to end your steps are so confusing

Not the best video on how to install this car seat, too much of the woman sitting on her couch talking. This is the worst car seat ever, real big pain in the ass.

Complicated ass car seat
