Did you run into any probelms then or today? did it really work and all games (that should be playable) are playable??

i have question default linux development is 10GB so if it exceeds so ? ok i can resize , i am on 5 yrs old machine this is chromebook purchased for school work , i graduated long ago , i have a gaming rig , but i want to blow up this years old thing and see what is this capable off, if it blasts no issues

You can’t change your systems bits. If you have a 32 bit device your stuck like that. If you have a 64 device your stuck like that

How do i get steam to see my external hard drive? I want to download games on it but the file location of steam is not on my chromebook and vise versa. Steam doesn't have access to my chromebook files.

For anyone who is watching this in 2024 Steam has the official beta available that you can directly install on the main website instead of enabling Linux. It will only work if you have a Chromebook plus as of right now

Nothing happened when I added the last script.

It's running extremely poorly. It seems to be much heavier than on windows, I use it on a 2gb ram and it runs much better than on this 4gb ram chromebook. What can it be?

so for the chromebooks you just need to Hold Esc + Refresh + power then when the screen shows a new display like a yellow exclamation point (!) press ctrl + D this enter developers mode and i have my personal chromebook you can do the same thing when you open up your chromebook if your personal or not you will need to press ctrl+ d every time to move on to sign in

step 2:11 results in "unable to locate package" Try sticking a caption up at the bottom of the screen as I mistook the i386 as 1386 and libgl1 as libgll. Slow the f down bruv 😞 Thumbs down for this!
