Welcome back everyone! Today we will install SilverHolder Car LED Strip with Sequential Signals and DRL. A perfect way to add a stunning custom look to your headlights. It can be used as a daytime running light. When the turn signal is on, the light bar will have a flowing effect.

I know this video is 3 months old but I used the link above & I got some cheap led strips with blue backing tape. Leds aren’t clean white like in this video but choppy blue. How can I get the specific ones in this video?
Doing this on a 24 ridgeline without the drl swoosh. Hoping it shows up well. I have the whole hood strip. Thanks for the video

Hey did they change the color at all? I ordered a set and when I tested them they had a ice blue hue to them and not a cool white color as shown in your video. It will look of having 2 color tints and I want the standard cool white color vehicles come with. Can you provide me any further help? Thanks!

Contact the seller. They must have sent the wrong one. I used the same link.
So you can put the full Silverholder Led Hood strip over the turn signal/drl strips instead of how you have it. I am looking to install both on a 2009 Ford Edge. Are there any clearance issues with closing the hood putting both the hood and turn strips on?

Yes. It can be done. No clearance issue at least for the pilot. It would vary depending on vehicle. The pilot has a weather strip which helps give some cushion for clearance.

@@AutoSensation I'm looking to do the same thing with a 2010 Subaru Forester. I currently have the hood strip installed and want to get the LED headlight strip.

@@theroadrunner6969 Yes it should work however because the hood strip is bright I find it hard to see the turn signals if you use both.

Do you add the push pin to any of the turn signal wires or is it going to a specific wire

It's a specific wire. One of the two. I just tested to make sure it works by turning on the turn signal.

@@BertoVilla-cy8cf I connected to the wire from the turn signal. If I'm not mistaken one is positive and the other is ground.

If it’s ice blue that’s 8000k. Not that usable light output at night. Get Lasfit - LA plus with 6000k pure white. With a slight hair tinge of blue. But with observation, it’s actually 5950K. It’s a beautiful white light color output.
