The wiring did it affect the speed of the turning signal? Currently having that problem even though I haven’t cut into my wires yet only been testing by placing the turning signal wire into the connector

it might look like that cuz ur turn signal are halogen bulbs and not led. when led bulbs get power they flash instantly unlike halogen. since ur bulbs aren’t flashing instantly it might seem like the timing is off

I can’t see how you wired the splicer cause your hand was in the way. Can you explain that portion?

Man fixing the side marker wires is a real bitch 😮‍💨. Feels like I'm just gonna fold and get a normal LED marker to replace the halogen one.

Idk how I would do this with mine. I have the touring so it has the non replaceable LEDs in front. Either way that white looks awesome even if I don't connect it to the signal's

I got a touring too but the stupid front end has a plate that covers the spot to pull out the signal plug And I really don’t feel like removing the front bumper and headlights just to add sequential

There’s a video of a guy that does it on a type r. He has the led lights too. It’s pretty much the same process, you just have to know which wire to splice to off the pigtail

Just did it a few days ago on my sport touring, you can unplug the front light plug and put the end of the sidemarker switchback cable into the socket while the blinker is running and it should flash as the signal is being sent. KZread channel Chris Time does a Type R sidemarker swap which has the same bulbs as the touring.

Super good video man! After I spliced mine even though they were taught and the wires didnt move I couldnt get mine to do the orange sequential blink, do you have any advice? I was super afraid of tapping into the wires and it not working

The wires may not be fully spliced (wire touching wire) also after almost a year of use I fully lost sequential feature which seems to be a manufacturer problem

@@AaronStrong I bought a pair side flash lights - pure black optical orange ambers for the colleg's car! His car is black colored. Next days we want to install it!

Do you disconnect the battery during this or do you just turn the car off

Where did u get them? Also how much?
