TO INSTALL THE .XML FILES GO INTO YOUR ELS FOLDER AND THEN THE PACK DEFAULT FOLDER, THEN DRAG AND DROP THEM INTO THERE.

Your tutorials have helped me alot! just wondering if a file name of an ELS car have a none Police name, I can just rename them to any of the police 1-4? currently have custom police cars but im trying to add a new pack with the file names such labeled as Valor n etc... (not police 1-4)

As long as the els file is renamed to match the corresponding replaced vehicle files it will work

I need help for some reason this is not working, I played lspdfr before but my GTA V game got destroyed from all the mods installed I recently just fixed it and I got GTA V lspdfr back and I basically got all my plugins back and I wanted to reinstall some my car mods I did it the way I remembered it didn't work I want to videos including yours and I saw your steps and still didn't work and it's not Els it's the car mod

you need to make a file call it mods then put update and x64 into it

i dont have any of thees files in 22ng same with others

yo i went into the update 64x and the the patchday22 and it says theres nothing

You have the latest Script hook v and rage native ui? Also try a different car pack and use a trainer to clean and remove window tint on the vehicle as that will stop the light bar from looking black.

My police cars are still default, what patch day do I use

Els is not a plugin that uses rage as a native input. It uses script hook v so therefore rph does not detect it

You need to replace cars or install them as a dlc. Two different ways

the ELS goes into the GTA directory not OpenIV

when i downloaded the ELS it was in a text there was no files, and i couldn't download openIV

It doesn't matter if the folder has or hasn't got that car file in it. That's why I always say install into your latest patchday

I am not running steam is that an issue?

i got the cars but the lights dint come up when i turn them on i can hear the sirens but the lights wont come on

To download and open files I use winrar and notepad plus for opening configuration files etc. My browser is opera GX
