When I type pip --version showing that "pip" is not recognised as an internal or external command operable program or batch file . How to solve this

sir i am running python 3.10.6 on sublime text but it is not showing the output . it is only displaying finished in xx seconds

"Pip" is not recognised as an internal or external command in my system.If it is not recognised if any problem while I'm doing the programs.

Whenever I install python the script is empty and when I run pip command on cmd it is shows fatal error pls tell how this can be solved
