yes drop in game directory, but after that you should run the install_pure.bat in your steam where assetto corsa installed.

Sol is free. On the race department site when you go to sign up scroll all the way down to the bottom and they have a free sign up option. Once you sign up go to Sol and download it.

mine is pureSIMPLE, not pure or pureCandy. is that fine ?
