I have been considering making some more upgrades to my 2016 Rzr XP turbo 2 seater with factory Fox shocks. So far it has a new Asylum race cage with single intrusion bar that fully connects to become rear bumper as well. Matching front bumper with winch and aluminum roof with light bar. Pro armor full seats with 4 pt harnesses and full pro armor stealth doors with side bags and rock sliders. New carbon fiber dash and hood scoop as well as a nice aluminum shifter. Rockford Fosgate stage 4 stereo system with back up camera and the Polaris bed cooler. I tried to mention everything because 1 there’s added weight, and 2 most of it was safety and or comfort/convenience and Rzr protection. Now I’m ready to start with performance mods. Factory stock wheels and tires for Idaho trails / rough desert / hill climbs / jumps / creek crossing/ logging roads ect. That’s most of my riding, however I’ve had two 3 day trips to the Dunes in St Anthony and I’m hooked! I set it up new STU’s 28” dune paddles and 2 lighted Gorilla Whips. Burned up a belt this last trip, but mostly because a loose wheel lug bolt caught in between the wheel and brake! Belts sit kinda saggy in there now. So my question is where to start? I’ve heard great things about shock therapy revalving and springs but concerned about price and return on investment if any later on. Also I’m paying for it in the back and neck anytime I spend a day in bumpy rocky trails, washboards, hard landings ect. Also heard that clutching, like either like a full evo performance upgrade or at least an improved set up I think it was viper? To improve 2016 flaws? Then of course power, with intake/ performance exhaust/ tuning/ and stage kits ( which I don’t quite understand yet) Anyway, a little guidance would be most appreciated and any specials you might want to offer either on here or to my email. Tredeonblu@gmail.com Thanks! J

If you have to make adjustments to ride height, do you then change the crossover ring height the same amount?

Doug P no sir. Ride heights are first. Front cross over will be between 3/4-1” of gap to the divider. Rear will be 2-2.5”. Usually correct ride height will bring the correct cross over measurement too

If you have larger than stock tires how do you adjust for that

For every inch taller than stock tires you add 1/2” to the ride height.

Looking at kits and they all mention increased ride height. I already put 32 in tires on my rig increasing ride height. Am I able to keep current ride height without loosing to much ride quality?

dionmichael1 yes under that. But if it was over that you can just ratchet the car down to put it in. We do that all the time for stacker trailers.
