We LOVE this type and brand of flooring. We put it in our master bath almost a year ago. It’s stood up to 2 bathroom floods. Now we have it in the master bedroom, dining, living, hallway and spare bathroom. I am going to be putting it in the laundry, kitchen & other bedrooms soon too. Just make sure to use the Henry floor primer before sticking down. We have the grey distressed color

Hey! Folks! Never line up the old seam with the new seam! If the glue is going to fail on the existing old floor it will also fail on the new floor! Stagger those seams! Also: use floor bonding primer, helps new stick to old. Is a shiny liquid made by Armstrong

I have parquet wood floors too and thinking about getting this also. Other than cleaning it before installation do I need to do a primer or just peel and stick?

Don’t lay over parquet flooring. There’s a good chance (as it is impervious to water) it will trap moisture trying to evaporate through the blocks. This will lead to swelling of the parquet floor and eventually separation from the subfloor below. Basically the floor will become uneven and unstable to walk on and everything will need to come up including parquet 👍

What a blessing to be able to work together so well. Please don't ever take that for granted and give each other a big hug right now. PS I thought that was excellent following the other lines that was great advice from the previous flooring. In the very beginning you made that one cut as you were working your way up to the wall by the vent wondering if I'm supposed to stagger them to make them look more like wood or I can just go side-by-side all the way down

Hello. I have an uneven floor with rough patches of wood underneath. So I laid underlayment “luan” down to give smooth texture then added peel and stick tiles…it turned out amazing

Hi. I know this is a bit of an older video but just had to thank you for literally changing my life. First off, I knew I’d like this video (and you guys) when I saw your animals “getting in the way” and instead of getting frustrated with them you found it humorous. Secondly (and probably more importantly) Because of my utter lack of experience and/or knowledge of it and all the conflicting information out there I’ve been finding every excuse under the sun not to lay new flooring in my 33 yr old teeny tiny bathroom for months now. The stress it’s causing me has been insane. But now, along with your information, tips, etc., watching guys have fun with it made me want to move forward. Knowing now that even if some mistakes are made they can be corrected and within just a few hours I’ll have a beautiful new bathroom and I’ll sleep much happier tonight! Thank you!

Just finished putting the same product down in 2 bedrooms and a L shaped hall. Really looks good. We pulled up the old carpet and put down subflooring. Hard on the knees for this 68 year old man. LOL Would most definitely do it again. Like you said so easy and really looks good. The key is the floor prep for sure. Good fun video.

Awe your dog is such a sweetheart! He just wants to be where ever mom and dad are, dogs are honestly the best, they just wanna always be involved and near their people. Can never be upset about that- I love that about my two doggies. You said please get out and he looked sooo sad LOL! BUT MOM? this is great flooring. just stumbled across your video... I've used it on desk tops, utility counter tops and just started tonight on a bath floor in our new house. I typically run some glue on the back to help keep in place. My planks have arrows on the back for consistent direction on wood grain. also will be using in cabinets instead of contact paper. again, great product and color from home depot

looks awesome, I really bought a manufactured home with carpet but I just bought some of these planks to put down in the closets and front bedroom which will be made into my office.

I use a hair dryer to heat the glue. Then use a paint roller small one and roll it on top of vinyl make sure you press down. Vinyl will hold better.

Cool! I'm going to do this in my living room, dining, kitchen laundry. Unfortunately I do not have a gym🤣 Thanks for the awesone video. I've been wanting to do this but could not convince my husband to get on board. So yeah I made him watch your video. He said, where can we get that flooring?" I have been thinking of doing peel and stick but have been on the fence. You guys made it seem so easy I think I just might do it.

I installed two rooms with a 12x12 v tile by this company over a decade ago. One in a bedroom/storage room that has had a flooded freezer and frequent furniture moving; and the other in our family room. I have 4 kids, two cats, and the tile still looks great!

If they come up easy then remove them. If it looks like it will be a pain and the are on there really well then just leave them. At least that’s what I would do

My entire house was done in this by the builder and I love these floors. Durable and cost less.

This is quick and easy to install. I used the same flooring for a bedroom. It is easy to keep clean. I liked the feel of it to walk on. It was installed over a plywood sub floor which we sanded. On the advise of the salesman, we rolled out a tacky base coat prior to installation. The problems were: 1. Over time, In some areas, gaps between the planks appeared, almost like the planks shrunk. 2. I sold the house last year. When we moved the bed, the portion underneath had popped up and lost its stickiness. I tried using spray glue and double stick tape to hold them down. That didn't work. The realtors took care of the problem. All in all, I would recommend this just not over plywood.

I put over plywood. First I sealed it. My instructions said tiles won't stick to,sealant. So then I used zinzer 123 primer and they are sticking fine.

This video filled in the gaps I had since installing vinyl tile. Like priming the floor before installing and could lay tile over old tile. I might just redo the floor, although it's good...could be better. Dig your furry guys.

Susan Metz it’s not that big. It’s only 12x6 but after moving the washer and dryer it makes much more sense now. I just did a full laundry room renovation video if you want to check that out too.

@@KomarProject I swear by those 'moving men furniture sliders' products to move anything around that's heavy or bulky.

We use sliders when we move anything heavy in our home.

We have this in our basement. The previous owners did a terrible job doing it. All of them are coming up. Idk what they did wrong. It looks SO easy! I’m about to have to redo the whole thing.

Just take your time and make sure you use plenty of glue. Good luck.

Used their 12x24 marble tiles in my mudroom and bathroom. Love this stuff
