Hi there, correct just like any live TV player you must pair it with a live TV service or M3U playlist in order for it to play content.

When installing the ottplayer on your firestick at the end of video to add the LINK & the Playlist, i put SAMSUNG as the Playlist and I need to know what to put for the LINK

tried installing the windows app and some programs are working and some are totally black on windows 11. anybody knows why? same happens on my s9+ tablet with the apk version

Hi there, did you try clearing cache/data from the Downloader app and try reinstalling? Also if using an Android device this app is inside the Google Play Store.
