you need to enable adb debugging and allow permission , after which apk files will install

mine is sony bravia, as this app has not been optimised for use in tv by jio, you will only know after you install it. give it a try as it cost nothing , it will only cost you some time.

I have also signed out from my mobile phone.

yes you can use it with any network but you need to register it once with your jio phone number

I have also checked my internet speed Jio TV is working and live channels are loading mobile phone. Then i have signed out from my mobile and logged in Android Tv With the same mobile number and OTP. But still for the last 15 minutes..it is loading that too not in full screen. Kindly help me.

hi bro , really dont know why the issue has arisen as I have had no issues. but from the messages received from different people , I have come to know tha some face issue and some dont. might be its got to do with the different versions of android in different brands leading to the compatability issue with jio tv app. sorry about it bro

it asks for jio phone check / location check and JIO otp screen comes up. ur apk looks different?

@@Pokemonunitehub777 this problem usually occurs if permission to install unknown apps has not been given. have you done so. if so then try clearing cache of package installer &. to do so go to setting , then go to Apps, than go to system apps, find package installer and clear cache. if in your tv you have google play store than clear cache of google play store and google play service also. further in the play store enable the play protect . hope it works,

sorry about it as some do face problems . different tv brand have different versions of operation system and sometime its seems there will be compatibility issue. in such situations there will be some solution but as I didnt face it while installing it, I am sorry I am unable to help you
