Why does my Richmond water heater shake like a concrete vibrator sometimes when a lot of hot water is being used?

Hello, I bought Richmond tankless 9.5 GPM model from Menards. Installed per manual's instructions & works nicely for about a week. Yesterday morning, when we turn on the hot faucet, the flow slowed down & trickle to a stop. When we turn off the unit, hot faucet flows back with cold water. When we turn the unit back on, the hot faucet's flow slows down & trickles to a stop again. We tried unplugging the unite & drain the water & re-start again, but still the same problem. Any ideas?

Check the remote display for the trouble code

Leave it in the box and return the POS!!! Had nothing but trouble with my richmond tankless water heater.

That's because they are essentially the same water heaters, just sold under a different brand.
