Yep, most ppl don't know that chair rail is representative of a base. 36" looks stupid

@@imagohouse7412 1/5 the height of the wall. It should never, ever, ever be 36” unless the walls are 15’ high.

not 36". Do 25-30 for an room with 8' ceilings
Inside corners are coped
You call yourself a carpenter, your just a man with some tools lol
