Yes how do I get the unlock source at the top fogotten iPad password and it was disable I unable it but know everything is gone and can't download anything what to do

Would you really harm yourself if you couldn’t install a simple app..

Im signed in with my email. But every time when i try to download something, it needs my email password, and when i type in my password, it says incorrect, then when i go to forgot password. I type in my phone number. And it says server not connected, can you please tell me the problem???
