This tutorial is really good, I already had this program working but after removing old stuff from Java it stopped working, and even after reinstalling Java it just wouldn't open at all, no error message, no nothing, it would straight up ignore the open instruction, so searching I found about making the JAVA_HOME variable and it didn't work, what I needed in this case was to add the jdk bin folder to the PATH variable, and its working again, so thank you n.n it helped me a lot.

OMG Thank you, I was faulty with setting up paths for Android Studio, but this one tutorial is the savior! I was following many tutorials and did wrong, LOL finally I found this, thank God

Same problem, its says with a popup, HAXM is not installed, Install it for better performance. And I have installed it many time but face same problem again and again.

Perfect tutorial. Thx for that. I had an issue with Intel HAXM. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ISSUES INSTALLING HAXM, in BIOS (my comp ESC to open BIOS) go to BIOS CONFIGURATION and you will see Intel VT or Intel Virtualization (if your comp allows it) and enable it. Mine was disable. Also i see lots of peeps saying "my comp is frying potatos"....ANDROID SYSTEM REQUIRES ALOT OF PC RESOURCES......In my case i handle : Windows PRO HP OMEN by HP OBELISK DESKTOP Intel Core i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz SMBIOS : 3.2 RAM : 64GB PHISICAL : 63.9GB VIRTUAL : 74GB PAGINATION: 9.5GB HDD : 1TB No sound made or lack of speed.
