You did a pretty good job describing the install of the switch. One things to remember always put the hook around the screw clockwise around the screw so it tightens it as it goes around. The other thing is that the line side can connect to the switch on the top or bottom screw it does not matter. On a 3 way switch used as a 3 way the line goes to the common side of the switch ( the dark screw) the other screws are for the travelers. Good video keep up the good work.

Pull the bottom tab out partway under the switch push button. To shut the switch off. Then push the tab back in to use the light switch again. It won’t erase your settings 😁👍

can you tell me where to get the on line manuel for this?

I would not show the door jam where you damage it when starting out the switch.You were pretty much spot on with the install other than that.

You wouldn't remove all of it, just enough to allow the switches to fit in the junction box with the screws aligned with their holes. I would look on the Lutron site for all of their ratings. 75W LED- that's the equivalent Wattage, right? They have a compatibility check for bulbs- use that and it will tell you if yours will work properly.

Motion sensors aren't great when you're in the shower. When you're at the sink or on the toilet, it's fine because you're insight on the motion sensor but the shower curtain blocks you so you're light will shut off while you're taking a shower. Plus, you don't talk about which way to wrap the wire around the terminal screws. ALWAYS wrap wire around the screws clockwise so the increase the wrap while you tighten the screw...

Since this dimmer is spec'd out to handle 150 watt LED load , can I use it on a light fixture that has 4 - 75watt led bulbs ? I dont know if it wired as 70 watt bulbs in series or in paralle.l

Lights aren't wired in series, so you need to use different bulbs or a 600W switch. Also, if you want to place more than one switch in the same junction box, you need to 'de-rate' the lighting by 20% because of the heat from each switch. This is because the only way to get these switches to fit in the same box, part of the aluminum fin needs to be removed since it would overlap the adjacent fin, making the switch unable to lay flat. The aluminum acts as a heat sink to prevent overheating the switch.

Jim Nowacki , Do they even make a 600w led combo dimmer/occupancy sensor switch ? Also.... If i have to remove the aluminum fin then i no longer will be having it to act as a heatsink.

We don't have a Ground Wire on out Switch Outlets. Can you just add a regular screw at the back (3:09) to connect the Green/Ground Wire of the Lutron Dimmer? We tried installing the MSCL-OP153M by just capping the Green Wire and of course it didn't work. Hence I'm here looking for answers. Thanks

Rei Matsuo you can use a metal self tapping screw or a green grounding screw for metal boxes or the easiest way is just connect the ground wire to the top or bottom of the switch screws just scrape the metal on the box where the wire will touch to get a good ground connection. When you install your light switch. I hope one of these options works for you. Have a great night 😁👍
