How to install an X-Pole X-Pert

Спорт

Many people that found out I have a dance pole at home are pretty surprised and curious as to how I install it. They seem so impressed when I tell them I installed it myself. I made a video to show how easy it is to install it. Please note that X-Pole recommends installing the poles with two people to avoid injuries. I'm not setting a good example :(

    Once should always install a pole where a beam is so this way the ceiling will not be affected.

    That sounds odd! Are you sure it spins when you've installed it? That wouldn't make much sense... Unless you're asking about when you are still assembling it, but it's still not installed yet. In that case, it's supposed to spin :)

    How long does this take? I don't have much room in my tiny flat, but I think I could manage if I put it up every time I need it and take it down while not in use. Also, is it safe to install on carpeted floors? And how do you know where a joist in the ceiling is? Thank you!

  • @Anne.Freemountain

    @Anne.Freemountain

    I estimate 10 minutes at the beginning at most, but it will be faster if you are practiced. You can find a joist by knocking o the ceiling.

    hello, due to limited space I have at home, I may need to assemble and dissemble each time I want to practice. The question is, are there any side effect on the lifespan and 'health' of the pole by doing so, say 3 times a week?
