After putting LED lights in my ultra classic I can’t believe I drove it so many miles with the original lights!!! Drastic difference, you will love them!!!!

I also have my passing lights wired to stay on during low and high beam that also makes a huge difference!!!

Don't worry Heather..... "Every tool's a hammer" and around my shop, they also double as spacers, wedges, prybars, and projectiles.

@@LifeontheBlacktop always more fun to watch a blond work lol. They make an adapter to have your passing lights stay on when you turn on your brights. Unless your bike is new enough then they just have to go in the computer and tell them to stay on.

Glad I stayed till the end. The bloopers are the best part. Not a lot going on in East TN either between snow, rain and cold enough to freeze your gonaadies off. Not much riding getting done. Just a few more weeks and we can get out and about. Can't wait!! Be good and be safe!!

LED lighting is so pricey, but after one ride at night out in backwoods country.... SO worth it! Glad you guys did the a light upgrade too! 👍🏼

Those do look sweet! May have to upgrade mine too soon. I fully understand about those dark night's on the plains. Our Black Night Sky Map is pretty dope, especially up north & west of you too.

I changed my stock ones for LED what a difference You will love the new lights. Lady Devil did a great job for the record I have dropped a screw on my fender as well lol.

Nice head light! I replaced my standard 09 OEM headlight with a Day Maker. Did not at all like the Harley bracket design. Good job Heather!

I've been considering the Vision X for my StreetGlide. My son the Master Tech leans more towards Custom Dynamics LED. Either way LED's are the way to ho...see better and be seen better!! Great to see Heather's big bright smile!!

I had CD turn signals on my old bike and have some on my Street Bob as well. Ciro is always my first choice though. Great people there.

Nice teamwork guys! When I did my LED conversion in 2015, I had to get a new mounting bracket for the headlight. As usual it didn't work out of the box but I got it sorted out lol Now you just gotta do something about the pancakes. I recommend custom dynamics inserts with clear lenses. Looks really cool.

Great video and very well explained. I have an 08 Ultra Classic and this is gonna be my first upgrade very soon, I am pretty sure I can do it. The wiring diagram looks the same as mine. Again great video!! Got a new sub!

looks so much better than stock. Now you need to change out your turn signals the the Ciro LEDs, they are white until you turn on the signal, then they switch to yellow. Even more visibility. Ciro also make a fang light ring that goes around your headlight. Not only does is look great, you get more LEDs up front and no more bugs up around the headlight in those gaps

Ya I live in Oneill Ne and we've had some great riding days but I got my 91 flhtcu all washed up and I got ready to go. NOT lmao I hit the starter and it said nope ain't doin it lol so I have to wait on parts and hope they are the right ones it seams to b different then it should be lol. Shit doesn't fit it that should lol. I HATE IT WHEN TBAT HAPPENS.

Great tutorial, anyway do head lamp fuse need to be changed if put auxiliary lights?

They look a 100 times better than the stock lights, ok now you need to repaint the fender, just kidding Heather lol 🤣🤣, great install guys 👊🏼💯

Haha!

I had 2 wires hanging out of new harness .Green was ground & other was hot .I just shoved them into the three prong original connector.

You guys just need the smoked out turn signal covers!!!! ;)

Not a ton to be honest. I've read good things about the Vision X and Ciro has always treated us well as they have amazing customer service, so it was kind of a no brainer for me.

FYI: Di-electric grease on all the terminals helps the life of the terminals.

I see your running lamps fogged up, my limited and my heritage both did that.

I did a similar install and now my amber turn signals won't work..any idea? Going to check fuses first..

I just purchased an Ultra Limited and I’m thinking about getting a Klock Werks windshield. I was wondering what height yours was and what kid of fairing bags do you have attached to it?

Ours is the 8.5". We tried the shorter one and had too much buffeting on her so we stepped up to the 8.5". Also we have the T- bags triple windshield bag. I liked it because hugged the inner fairing better than the Harley one. Tho the side bags can be a pain to reach into sometimes

Sorry I missed this comment yesterday. I haven't actually had a chance to get it leveled and completely tested out yet but first impression is good at least. Hoping to be able to answer that better after we get back home from Spring Fling later this month.
