How to install an LED dimmer wall switch Single Pole

Dimmer Switch 2 Pack: amzn.to/2DvObJU
Venmo tip jar: @AndrewDIY
It’s a fairly straightforward process when replacing a single pole electrical wall switch, however you are dealing with high voltage electricity. If you do not feel confident in your abilities and understanding of the process do not attempt as it can result in death or serious injury to self, others or property.
Tools needed include a flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.

In my wall, I have a single poleand i just have hot (black), neutral (white) and ground (unsheathed). But my dimmer has load (red), line (black), neutral (white) and ground (green). I can't connect 4 wires to 3 wires, what one is redundant? The neutral?

I believe that you should watch this video : kzread.info/dash/bejne/oJWBwdR-c9eWZ5s.html 1. He talks about the wires in pairs not simply: remember which wire goes where and match the labels on old and new switch. 2. He removed the ground wire last. He didn't make a point of it, but its the safety precaution. Its like me fiddling inside my computer case and then when I finish I put a grounding strap on! In this case the vulnerable thing is your life rather than your computer hardware. Its irrelevant that the power is off, the ground should be last and first thing to attach.
