Thanks for the video - good to be prepped. Fitted the same tap - it's actually really good; far better than my old £150 unit which literally fell apart. "Buying cheap" has paid off for once 😆

My tap has decided to scream real loud on normal. Shower setting is ok. Can't get the cylinder apart as it seems to be a sealed unit. That's where the noise originates from.

Great work for your MUM , but what was the drip of water at the end ? inside the cupboard , left hand side .👍

hope you fix that water leak on the valve at the back of the sink. ha ha, good job.

Don't forget to give your mum a warning notice for her boxed in flu 🎉

Those cheap metal sinks are to flimsy to support that type of tap. Ideally they need to go through countertop to support them properly 😮

one pipe at the back was leaking left hand side looks like Service Valve ???

My boiler fitted in 2014 does not condense I have put a container under the pipe no water goes in the company that fitted it has gone under, and the boiler keeps coming on and off manufacturer said it may be the thermostat it looks as if batteries are going when they are new its an ideal logic 24 advice on this would be great it never had a service landlord just as a person he knows to do it the bill is big enough without it not running right.
