What if the car doesn't have a touch screen. Like a 2001 nissa Altima. Then what should I do?

It all depends if the radio you're using has USB or not. It doesn't matter if it's touchscreen.
How can i install withouth removing cig lighter....i wanna make a hole on top but how will it hold in place??

They come with nuts to secure it from behind the panel.

Well, depends on the radio installed in your G35. This is mainly for connecting into an aftermarket radio.

Yep, compatible to play music. Essentially it is a USB extension for your aftermarket radio.
Does it work on any car radio or do you need a car radio with a aux feature?
