The Tusk Cold Start Jet Kit is a must have if your KLX has a hard time starting and idling when cold. This jet kit includes an 80 main jet and 42 pilot jet to help eliminate the need for extended “choke” run times and will help add power! In this video Charles shows how to install a Tusk Cold Start Jet Kit on a Kawasaki KLX110, but this process will be similar for all air cooled dirt bikes.
