Usually the best person to fix anything is the owner. Whoever sold it to you should fix it.
Which robot trader are you using and can it help you change your stop loss and take profits automatically on a running trade if the trade is about to go bad, so you have a small loss and a higher chance of profit?

Hi I’ve added my EA (forex fury) to MT5 to use with FTMO on a Demo account first. But when I go to backrest it keeps saying “set mode to math calculations” does this mean I have to go to the MQL5 community and get an agent? I want to use the robot to pass the FTMO Challenge. Thanks Jennifer

With FTMO you may need to ask if you can use the EA to pass the test. you might get booted out because from what i know they usually do not allow it without prior approval. also the person who sold you you EA should be able to set it all up
when i upalod ea robot from other it will not work it say there is no file

Sometimes go on Open New account then just go onto existing account because with login sometimes MT5 will stay logged into a default account. So try those steps if they dont work let us know

Sorry to hear that. Why dont you reach out to the seller and have a team viewer meeting and have him/her set it up for you? That could be frustrating buying something that doesnt work

Just install on your PC and it will execute on your phone when you login. The other robot will send you notifications then you execute trades by yourself so there are different types
