Hey, I just got my FLX 4 for my 2015 Mac Air Monterey 12 os. I downloaded Serato, plugged in my device but my controller has a green midi button that blinks. Some of the lights on the board are on. I can’t press play etc.. what do I do 😩 please help. Do I have to download something else to get it to work?

hello , i have a PIONEER SX but keeps on cutting when in mix with my macbook, but the funny thing is when i use my windows pc it plays perfectly withount any hiccup... what could be the problem, then again when i use my macbook on the pioneer SX2 its working pefectly without any hiccup... what be stoping the 2 devices from syncing perfectly... i know this an old post but maybe you have some help.

so I tried installing it before learning the allow button now the question won't come up at all. I've tried un-installing it and the question didn't pop up either.. how do i get that question to pop up again? or where do I find it in in system settings? can u please make a seperate video for this part? idk what to do.

downloaded the drivers for the ddj 1000srt....when i went to prefrences it dosent show in the audio file.

I am using M1 Chip mac book with Montreay OS and Serato. Whenever I shutdown/restart my laptop driver gets uninstalled automatically. Anyone else with this same issue or any ways to solve this problem? Thanks!

Hi, please am experiencing a difficult issue with my ddj 400. It was working with my windows pc correctly not until i got a Mac book pro. When i plugged it in the Mac the lights will display but the mac wont recognise it. It has also stop working with my windows pc since then now when i plug it in my windows pc it will only do the same as the Mac. I downloaded the firmware tried installing it but it keeps telling me that my ddj 400 is not connected. Please is there any solution for my ddj 400 to work back correctly. Looking forward to your reply.

Hi There, I have Macbook pro 2019 15" running Catalina and rekordbox 6.6.1 - Suddenly have a horrible Screen Lagging and Audio Glitches.. Ever since updating it said uninstall older driver and install new one...I cant find Catalina driver.. Changed buffer settings stil doesnt make any difference. Any Help would be appricated Thanks

Have updated your MacOS software recently? If so, that could be why. Sounds like same problem I had with a previous version. Pioneer patched it with an Rekordbox update it after a while. You can lodge a query/ticket directly with Pioneer if you don't solve it. Good luck

Same here. Was having a few issues on catalina but finally got the drivers recognized. Now i updates to OS big sur and its right back to not showing any driver installation. I uninstalled restarted, installed etc & does not show any drivers in preferences 🤷🏽‍♂️. Killing me

As you know Big Sur was released a few months back. PDJ have released an update for rekordbox & their products. All compatible now. for more info see this link www.pioneerdj.com/en/landing/support-for-macos-big-sur/

my DDJ400 has suddenly stopped working...it semi lights up...Rekordbox doesnt recognise...I've neem trying to updaye DDJ400 firmware all afternoon...nothing like what you have shown shows up for me...I can't even uninstall to reinstall pulling my hair out here :(

In my settings there isn't even an option to "allow" it in my security and privacy tab and no Audi will play through my speakers still only my Mac speakers ugh

NOW I DID INSTALL REKORDBOX AND ALL THE FILES AND EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE BUT I AM TRYING TO INSTALL THE DRIVERS FROM THE OFFICIAL PIONEER WEBSITE EVEN AFTER DOWNLOADING THE CORRECT DRIVERS FROM THE OFFICIAL PIONEER WEBSITE AND TRYING TO LOAD THEM, THERE ARE NO DRIVERS SHOWED ON THE MAC IN THE SOUND OPTION OR THE REKORDBOX APP AND BECAUSE OF THIS MY HEADPHONES AREN'T WORKING TOO EVEN AFTER CONNECTING THEM TO THE CONTROLLER SO COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME OUT REGARDING THE DRIVERS AND THE DOWNLOAD OF THE DRIVERS AS I TRIED DOWNLOADING THEM FROM THE WEBSITE THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE, SAW A LOT OF TUTORIALS BUT STILL ITS NOT WORKING OUT FOR ME PLEASE COULD YOU HELP ME OUT WITH THIS?!!!

Hey thanks a lot for the video and merry Christmas 🎄 My DDJ 1000 just arrived and I'm freaking out because I can't install the audio driver on MacBook. I'm using the BigSur Version 11.0.1 on the Air. Everytime I want to install it - it just says "Installation failed" no reason for that... And the Popup window don't show up Can you pleaseeee help me?

hey, i was having the same problem and realised that pioneer have not supported BigSur 11.0.1 yet, download a earlier version of a MAC OS from the app store as my DDJ1000 was working perfectly before this update and now all glitchy and weird on BigSur. I'm hoping by doing this that it will work! Hope this helps

hoy trate de conectar una sx3 a mi mac 2013 con hig sierra, y no se instalo nada, baje el driver y tampoco no lo detecta el virtual Dj, la salida de audio en preferencias del sistema si me aparece pero en virtual dj no me aparece la tarjeta de audio del controlador
