I have the PoE kit as well, all adopted in UDM-Pro. I can see (live) vids on PC, but when I press the doorbell, nothing on my phone happens... (all notifications are on in unifi. Both in UI OS and Doorbell specific.) I do have multiple networks/VLANs but the Phone and doorbell are in the same range for testing... I don't have an NVR or HDD in UDM-P, but is that needed for just the live feed on my phone?

yes you will need at least a NVR or a dream machine or dream machine pro for it to work

@ASUSfreak I'm not sure if you need a hh in it or not I would put one in it and try it and if it doesn't work I would email Ubiquiti

@@ASUSfreak you def need a hdd installed but ONLY for live continuous recording capabilities. you will have to set your notifications in unifiy PROTECT app not the udm pro. just like you i had no hdd in mine when i first got it and i still got all notifications regardless of an hdd. ive since added the nvr but like i said, check notification settings in the protect app side.

If you have multiple door bells, say three, can you use one speaker? Can you have a different chime for each door?

You can use one speaker for multiple doorbells. You can use a different chime device with each doorbell, but they only have one sound available, so each of them will sound identical. I've heard you can SSH into the chimebox and edit the chime sound tho. Haven't tried it myself.

@@firestar4430 how about the other way around? Can you press 1 button to activate multiple chimes? Say you want a chime inside and outside your house. Or at every level of your house 1 chime, etc...

@@ASUSfreak yes, you can link all the chimes to one doorbell and have them all ring simultaneously
