Great video! I got a question, if someone forgets to push complete after their transaction will it automatically know to exit the sale after a while? How long does it take until it exits the sale? I can see this being a problem where someone forget to close out the sale by pushing complete

if you buy them new then you need to call Cantaloupe to activate them. If you buy them from someone else you have to get the previous owner to submit a transfer request. In order for the transfer to go through, you need to have an account with Cantaloupe. They will send you an email once they need you to sign the transfer.
