When installing a return for fuel injection with the bung shown in the video how do you add a drop tube? Fuel needs to be below surface of gas in the tank to prevent aeration......how do you achieve that? Thanks Keven

For shavings use a cheap lil electric fuel pump with a clear filter on it. Stick hose in the filler hole and move it around pumping fuel through it then back into tank. Essentially called fuel polishing. Gets all the junk out the tank. Stick a wire on the hose if needed to bend and move hose around. Shine a light in to find shavings.

I’m looking to add a fuel pickup line and a return line for a diesel tank on a bus I’m converting to an RV. The pickup line and return line are to run a diesel generator. Would this product work to add those 2 lines? If so, would I be able to add a pickup to the bung before installing it?

Would this work without leaking on a 95 camaro oem metal tank on the lower side as gravity/saturated feed. I am using an external carburated fuel pump, but for now I am pulling fuel with the pump from very top of tank. Carburetor external pump is low pressured. It recomends to gravity feed. I don't want to use fuel cell need my trunk space.

Interesting product. How do you solve the fuel dumping into the tank above the surface of the fuel and the associated issues with that? Just placing it somewhere "away" from the pick up isn't really ideal.

I was thinking the exact same thing... Can't really get the fuel to the lowest point using this system.

I also have the same question as I need to add a return line on a plastic fuel tank. If you used it and had success please let me know. Thanks!

Although an interesting product...Like many DIY videos this falls well short of proper instruction on the correct fuel return line installation. Your videos need to be better thought out before making them. This video is what I call no mans land between experienced and novice builders!! :) If you don't know better you will get into trouble here...Sorry..
