This is the most clear instructions I've found, this windshield on eBay comes with photocopied instructions and the pictures are very dark. At 2:29, the stock rollbar nuts should've been installed with the new bolts, that's why the spacers sunk back into the rollbar. Ok, this video helped me get the lower installed, now I can assemble the hardware on the top, since everything is unassembled on the ebay copies. And the pictures are black, I'm sure I'll be back to check something. 😅

You certainly made the installation look easy. I felt like I had been wrestling with a 500 pound hog after I finished getting the weather strip on the bottom of the lower section. I even soaked it in hot water. Finally broke out the heat gun and warmed the rubber up enough to get it on. It's on and works well but the gaps between the lower section and hood will need to be sealed up.

Great windshield. Looks easy. Love that ATC 350X in the background.

Very nice windshield, but expect to have modify a few things. Could provide longer black screws for lower half on the Honda 500.

I put one on my P500 by myself. It was a bugger to mount but I really like it. I just ordered one for my new P1000

I just got one, nothing about it is preassembled.. lol

The struts were not already installed on mine purchased from super atv as well

So mine did not come pre assembled nor did it have directions. Thankfully found the hidden QR code under the shipping label on the outside of the box. Still, not being pre assembled was an unpleasant surprise

Why not make hardware in black?

My gas struts are too hard to close and when I get it closed they push each side out so it does not seal

Fully assembled means just that. There’s nothing fully assembled about this setup. I’m not sure what lower gasket he was putting on but even after warming, the provided gasket is next to impossible to install. Why not take the extra second to make it the appropriate length? This product is marginal at best.

I really wish the upper windshield was just an addon for the SuperATV half windshield, because this is by far the best half windshield available for these, as it's the highest one and has the best lip and mount straps. I just want the option for the upper windshield that can be added... This 3 in one windshield is a neat idea, but it doesn't have the proper lip on the lower to move the wind up and over you, and it's way to low to do anything beneficial IMO. The only reason I even want the upper windshield is for when it rains, or when it's super dusty out because someone is in front of me on gravel roads where the dust just hangs there forever and for miles behind them. I know the dust will still get in there, but with side deflectors with the same type of lip on them as the top of the half windshields, it would be amazing! I really have no choice but to make my own upper windshield that comes down to match my SuperATV half windshield, and to make my own side wind deflectors as well... Tusk has the side ones, but not the ones I want... SuperATV should really consider creating this option for their half windshield IMO...

Depending on your model, we do offer a 3-In-1 windshield. It is not compatible with the standalone half windshield, but the 3-In-1 kit can be a half, full, or fold-down.

@@SuperATVMedia Ya but that one doesn't have the very important lip to direct the wind over your head and face, and it's a lot shorter as well by the looks of it. You need to add an option to the already awesome half windshield, where you can also have a full windshield. That wind lip is the key to success here! I also had those wind lips on my 2 Harley batwings, and they are an obvious and extremely important night and day difference!

Where do I get a set of shocks for a flip up windshield?

My spacers don’t fit properly . Got to grind on my 2020 zforce 800

Just got one in last week. Nothing about it is preassembled no colored instructions as he says you have to go online and look at some very vague instructions

I just installed one on a Can Am Maverick trail and it leaks from the top, any suggestions?

It really sucks that they make you cut and put the weather striping on yourself. I don’t understand why it can’t come out of the box with it already on??

And then they say it can’t be returned if the plastic film is taken off, like how am I supposed to get this weather stripping on without peeling it off???

Superatv did NOT include instructions in either my flip windshield OR my rear window! That's why I am watching this video and printing instructions right now. They also did NOT pre-install the struts and roll bar brackets on the flip up windshield as described in this video. Maybe this was done 4 years ago, but it wasn't done on mine that I just received.

Instructions are sent along with your confirmation email upon ordering. Printed instructions tend to get destroyed in shipping, unfortunately, so online versions tend to be the better option. Mine did NOT come preinstalled!

Is there room to mount mirrors or does this fit flush against the upright? Mirror mount needs a quarter inch

Guessing there is not room for the mirrors otherwise they probably would have responded. I will have the same problem with my two Seizmik side mirrors so that's probably a deal-breaker for me with this windshield manufacturer.

Just installed Superatv flip windshield to our new Tracker OX 400 2023 and side mirror's. Barely fit's. Tied squeeze. but works.

Glass was not drilled out of glass for handle and support

i was sent the wrong bottom half and because i took the blue film off they told me to go pound salt

NOT pre-assembled........

Bull. I got a box of parts to directions I have to figure out where everything goes my self since this video doesn’t show

honda p500 the grab handle on pass side is in the way , they neglected this issue, you need to grind a bit off the plastic connector to make it fit, also the lower glass should have a hinge system, once its on you cant get to your trunk. im welding hinges on mine, for 400+ bucks you shouldn have to rework anything. great product with poor design team.

Too bad SuperATV didn't know what models this fits during their 10% off sale, which just ended.
