Thanks for the vid. It lets me prepare for this job at a distance from location. What mm or / metal bit size do you recommend? Did you use. supplied screws? Stainless?

I used the supplied screws and drilled the same size holes as the existing ones.

This must've been the incorrect adapter for this model. If it was the model specified for this stove, then it's unacceptable to have to do that modification yourself and I would've called Blaze King to supply one that fits properly.

The company supplied the adapter and confirmed it was the correct one for the stove. They walked me through the process of how to make the adapter fit snugly.

@@doityourselfstan You did a great job job making it fit! I wonder if you had an older production model. I just purchased Blaze King Ashford and ordered the air kit to go with it. Still in the process of being delivered, but I will not be happy if I have to make adjustments to make it fit.

This seems to be a realy bad energi looking fresh air intakte solution ,and thats becouse both the the oven and the opptimal extra heat sheeld backing steelplate surfaces is all going to be cooled down by the cold fresh air comming from the outside,,no bueno by my opinion,,

What do you think about taking the air of your home (that you just heated) and throwing it outside?
