Hi Pat! Thanks for the videos you are making! I think I've never had any coaches inspire me as much as you do!!! Right now I have received my bachelor's degree in design. I feel like I can do so many things! Photography, videos, animations, editing, static design, web design, a little bit of programming, my father runs a small printing business which can be a benefit. As you can see there's definitely a bird in my hands. All my life I have studied abroad. Now, that I have returned home, I found a job. And you know what.. it annoys me... I mean the fact that I have to work on somebody. I have a dream. I want to create my own design studio, which would benefit the whole city i live in!!! But, I'm stuck. I feel like i don't really have as much connections as I should have (because of the fact I haven't been to my home town for so long). I feel like my language is not perfect (I don't speak the same language as native people in my hometown do). And sometime I feel I can be infantile in terms making decisions. My question for you is the following: How do I get away from the job I have? How should I approach making new connections and how do I overcome my language fear? Which is the direction do you think I should throw myself into - should I focus more on leadership and networking?

a couple nights ago I had many dreams. in one of them, i hired a new CEO for my company. funny thought, because i am the owner/CEO. reflecting on this dream, i realized that I needed to look at my biz with a different set of eyes. I was just MANAGING the company, not LEADING it. So I started looking with CEO-eyes. Then I remembered this video after looking on-line for "how to examine your business" and reading some really lame articles. Thanks for all you have done for us individually and for capitalism as a whole.

Hi Pat Great video as usual. Only one problem, how do we that are already subscribed to your mailing list get the PDF? There are no direct links in the Email.

You can't get better at what you don't inspect and track. When inspecting your business begin with your teams and evaluate the people within the departments whether that be hiring/firing then attach numbers and goals for each team, check your sales process and ensure it's smooth, audit systems and procedures for all ares of the business, check your partners and evaluate them as you do your teams, ensure a good customer service experience by listening to negative reviews, listen to feedback from others on the brand, audit yourself on your skill set to ensure you are able to lead others and then do the same for your execs, identify places to expand you business to but don't do it right away you need to establish yourself first, stay in touch with your employees on how the culture of the company is and use their feedback as a pivot, you can never forget about legal because it can come bite you in the butt later, check out your vendors and ensure your relationship is a win-win, check out the competition and know who's above and below you so you can better understand the feel of the market.

Hey Pat personally I am not a fan of the subtitles. Not sure if you heard from others that they wanted them but to me it is just a distraction. I don't focus on you instead I only focus on reading the words. Just providing some feedback.

And after within few days shelter home got destroyed train incident happened and it was all plan from start and before 14th Feb my queen's shelter home again got destroyed and again her clothes and everything got stolen along with bag and than just to see me on 14th Feb my queen came by wearing short clothes and that time that transgender human trafficker was there and than that contract and than to ghitorni and than cleaning handi and than matter of 2 and than chain and you, me and my queen has already been out of everything... And now just fighting for my queen to be with me as living a life like as I was in shelter home and that Ali Rishikesh Rishi have ruined everything as it's as simple as that it's only Ali no Rishikesh no Rishi and all 2-2-3-3 and multiples of same name is to create a confusion as my queen and my identity got stolen and its just to create a confusion and for money nothing else... That who's Ali and who's my queen...
