Even though I haven't started mine yet, it is sitting in my fridge waiting for me... I am going to start on it probably on Wednesday next week after I check with the pharmacist to see that my other meds will be okay alongside Mounjaro.. Its good to see the mechanics of the pen as this is all new to me. I am just waiting to do a deeper dive into it all first so the more I can learn the better. 👌😊

Tbh I found the pens really confusing, the American ones seem so much easier to use, it comes with an instruction leaflet but I still had to read it about ten times 😂 you do get used to it though

On 1 was 10mg:? Correct 👍🏻 I imagine UK is different as we have one time use pens.

The pen markings really threw me off. I just took my third dose as well and got so confused cuz there's still two markings on the pen. A literal panic attack and an intensive dive through the internet led me to your video and you've just saved me from more stress. So thank you so much, I hope you get the absolute best from it. ❤

Thanks really helpful. Doesnthe needle go all the way in, or just under the skin, or fat, or muscle? Can you hit a vein or artery? Thanks

It shouldn’t go into muscle, they advise you inject into your stomach or thigh and into a fatty area. It’s a subcutaneous injection so it should go into the fatty tissue just below the skin. If you’re worried about potential veins/arteries in the way then deffo double check with your provider/doctor etc that you’re injecting it into the right place - there are diagrams of potential injection sites in the paperwork it comes with, and also your provider should be able to provide you with more info about this. ☺️
