Firstly, I thank the organizers who brought wonderful experienced people to make many junior advocates efficient in their law profession, could you please let me know how can we summon an NRI software employee working in USA, Where we don't know their office or house address more over the office also not giving the information that an employee, who is an accused in Divorce case, where he left his wife in INDIA, accused left a pregnant wife and didn't come back from USA. In this scenario, how to summon and bring him to court for trial. Our city court is unable to summon properly. Please answer this situation, a poor woman and her son's life are at stake.

Though It was really valuable., But the expressions of the person sitting next the speaker are really irritating. 1) Kindly ensure not to allow to sit those who doesn't have respect for the speaker. 2) Photographer should ensure, in the frame, to show the speaker only. I don't want to hurt anyone but this is a feedback.
