Does this school offer online classes on persuasion?
so persuasion is strategy,long term; negotation is tactics, short term on the moment sort of thing.

Influencing is long term as it is conversion of your belief system, persuasion is someone bending your thought process but does not touches your belief system, negotiation is pure exchange of resources.
