How long the balloons last? How many hours??

My bubble balloons did not come with a plastic base or tube. Can I use the remaining led lights as a string and the battery as the weight that keeps the ballon from floating away.

Depends on helium quality and on how big you will inflate them. Typically 18 hrs to 24 hrs.
