I'm active duty and currently trying to get back into bowling competitively. Growing up, I remember getting criticism from other kids from youth leagues because of my rev rate. They used to say my release was "wild" and needs to be "smoother". Jason your enthusiasm has boosted my confidence. Thank You!

Solid video. Ive been slowly perfecting that elbow bend and getting my thumb out quicker for the past 2 ish years and now I have my dream release and game. Everything you did in this video is legit brother thank you for being the first to break it down so simply.

Thanks for the tips! Monacelli is the master of the bent elbow especially in his earlier days.

This video helped me more than any other video I've watched. The breakdown is never this far along, and fully formulated. Dope video! THIS, is what I've been looking for, for the longest.

nice to see someone else use the angle and style I use, but I always liked more finger snap in the follow through for the extra rev. fast and hard make the pins scream then the mechanics for broken pins and pins being thrown out of the back so much fun

I tried the ring finger first and it works. It actually makes my hand more relaxed. Thanks for the tip. Love your revs.

I have been bowling for about 30 years and I have never averaged over 212. I started watching your videos and the way you throw the ball and I am averaging 235. Thank you for the videos.

Thank you so much for helping me to find a target that works for me. I thought it would be so difficult to aim at the foul line but no, it was easier to do that than aim at the arrows! My average 3 weeks into summer league was 178 but tonight I rolled 193 average, all aiming 1 foot in front of foul line for strikes and spares. I would have had a 600+ series had my thumb not swollen but I think I've got the fix for that. Even tried elbow bend at the end of last game and I can tell my revs are going up!
