Hello Rajiv, Fantastic knowledge sharing. Thanks for inspiring me to do something in life. This gave me hope to start working on my idea too. My Nephew wants to start a business but struggling with the right decision. I just saw your one of the interviews as I am working on my case studies, and it really helped me a lot and clarified my doubts. Hello Rajeev! I hope you're doing well. I have a request, can you make a video on retail business financial management and budget track. I run a retail business but I deal with a lot of distributors and brands to maintain variety and it's very hard to purchase on cash, so the bills are credited on ledgers. At the end of the day, I am left with very little money. I need help with it.

Hi, sir as you said to focus on 10 hero products and the rest to eliminate time wasters from your business so what if we already invested our time, money, and efforts in everything to our 40% also isn't that product will become a waste/loss? so How do overcome the loss?

Consider that if you are able to satisfy the needs of an irritating customer then they were irritated bcos the quality you had initially offered was not upto the mark... But what I'm talking about here is Dangerous Customers who even after you do what is your best, they still complain for the sake of complaining...

There are customers who keep changing the goal posts, have behavioural issues etc. No matter what we do we will end up with more problems. Better to get rid of those customers

As a business owner I could really connect with each and every strategies mentioned in the above video and could say each and every strategies are 100% practical and workable, especially working with reliable vendors for a long term relationship and outsourcing functions we are not having core competencies is mind blowing...
