Makayla thank you for being such a light💫. Totally agree with your point about not trying to change eveything at once as change doesn't happen over night. I've come so far in the past couple of years with what I can do for myself without being looked after!

One thing I struggle so much is showering often. I read that depressed people, that is common, and I do have depression and chronic nerves. But I would like to shower often but there's days I don't feel in the mood to do so. What should I do?

Depression can be hard to work through but I would try to do something to romanticize that shower time! Listen to your favorite music or do some skincare or make it fun with some candles, anything that would make it feel fun and like you’re taking care of yourself!
