I can read but usually I can not understand the meaning , However my level is intermediate now and I can't read newspapers and magazines because they have a lot of hard vocabulary. so sometimes I get frustrated but I say to myself that one day my English gets improved and I become fluent .

if you come across new vocabolary or idioms , you should use a monolingual dictinary , i use " THE ENGLISH DICTIONARY BY COLLINS COBUILD"
