    Absolute unit 👏🏼 younger players should definitely make sure they’re not neglecting the physical side of the game, it makes a huge difference, especially the higher up you go. Keep up the content mate

    Tip jake, if you use one dumbell, but with a heavier load it Will be harder for balance at least. It Will also challenge your core

    Nice video as always mate! Do you have any muscle pain after your leg workouts? I always struggle with muscle pain and cant barely go for a run the day after.

    Its like that with most muscle groups, once you do it consistently for a few weeks most muscle soreness goes away, unless u unnecessarily destroy your legs more than usual.

    sprint from one side to the other x 3 reps then rest for 30 seconds then repeat until your tired AF. you can also do sideways shuttles (like defending)

    Vic thu savage you need to be in a calorific surplus (google the term), the more ‘cardio’ you do the harder it will be to gain weight if you restrict calories. Think about the goal you have - if gaining weight is the top priority make sure you’re eating enough alongside cardio
