I'm a 24 year-old brazilian who gave up on being a pro a while ago in my early teens, but I'm still benefiting from your videos as I usually play 2-3 times a week with my friends and want to keep playing at a decent level in our semi-amateur (hahaha) circle. Tip jake, if you use one dumbell, but with a heavier load it Will be harder for balance at least. It Will also challenge your core
Nice video as always mate! Do you have any muscle pain after your leg workouts? I always struggle with muscle pain and cant barely go for a run the day after.

Its like that with most muscle groups, once you do it consistently for a few weeks most muscle soreness goes away, unless u unnecessarily destroy your legs more than usual.
Are you doing jumping exercises on other workouts? I find them really helpful for explosiveness
Can you do what are you doing during the quarantine in 24 hours ?
Mate it will be nice if you did body weight leg workout

sprint from one side to the other x 3 reps then rest for 30 seconds then repeat until your tired AF. you can also do sideways shuttles (like defending)

Vic thu savage you need to be in a calorific surplus (google the term), the more ‘cardio’ you do the harder it will be to gain weight if you restrict calories. Think about the goal you have - if gaining weight is the top priority make sure you’re eating enough alongside cardio
