I started this habit from 15 days ago. I genuinely feel improvement in my spoken English. what i understood that my problem was that i can think in hindi and then translate it in english. so tried doing this. I would ask ChatGPT to write me a paragraph or a essay in hindi (or your mother tongue) and then you translate it orally then write that translation. then ask chatGPT to translate . This will help you to understand the language better
